FAQ: Punch Card Ground & Connect
What is Ground & Connect
Ground & Connect are mindfulness evenings for young women who need more peace, deceleration, and conscious living.
During these evenings, we practice meditation, breathing exercises, reflection, and conversations about themes many women recognize, such as self-love, stress, relationships, making choices, and finding balance in daily life.
You do not need any experience with mindfulness to participate.
What is a multi-ride ticket?
With a punch card, you purchase six sessions at once.
Each time you sign up for a Ground & Connect evening, one strip is used.
A punch card is cheaper per session than individual tickets.
How do I log in with a punch card?
After purchasing the punch card, you will receive a personal code via email. We will manually create this within 24 hours.
With this code, you can register for the desired dates via the website without paying again.
Add the desired dates to your shopping cart, enter your personal access code, and check out with a 100% discount.
How long is my punch card valid?
The punch card is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
We recommend scheduling your sessions within this period so that you can get the most out of Ground & Connect.
Do you have a special situation that temporarily prevents you from attending? Please contact us at info@groundedcommunity.nl, and we will work together to find a solution.
What happens if I register using a punch card but can't make it?
When you sign up for a Ground & Connect evening, a spot is reserved for you.
Because we work with small groups, we ask you to cancel on time if you are unable to attend.
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance via info@groundedcommunity.nl.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the session will be deducted from your multi-session pass and cannot be made up.
